REFENCE LIST OF CONSULTANCY WORK CLIENT: Handelsbanken, Denmark TASK: The Bank had provided a construction loan for a 7MW Wind Power Project. Unfortunately the developer was not able to sell the project, and the manufacturer went bankrupt. The Bank wanted to finalize the engagement the best way possible. WORK: The project was analyzed technically and economically and trade value was determined. Thereafter the project was sold to an American investor. CLIENT: Sparekassen Sydjylland / DeeFond. TASK: A 5MW Wind Power Project has been sold as a limited partnership to Danish investors. Administrator was bankrupt and the Tax-authorities questioned the depreciation value and the financial statements. WORK: All documentation and contracts were reviewed and a technical analysis of the Wind Turbines was performed. Thereafter a schedule for action was developed and approved. The depreciation base was restored and a major insurance claim was processed successfully. In close cooperation with an American lawfirm a suit was filed against developer and advisors participating in the marketing of the project. The investors was fully recovered for expenses by bank, lawfirm and auditor. CLIENT: CMA Insurance Adjusters TASK: A major insurance claim was filed by an American Wind Power Project Operator on some American manufactured Wind Turbines. The service provider had produced a retrofit plan that the client requested evaluated. WORK: The proposal was studied and in close cooperation with component suppliers some alterations was introduced. The plan was modified and implemented. CLIENT: First Interstate Bank. TASK: Evaluate a loan application for long term financing of a Wind Power Project. WORK: The project was re-calculated and the loan recommended. The loan was approved. CLIENT: Devers Hill Wind Farm. TASK: Evaluate offers for Service & Maintenance Contracts. WORK: Offers submitted was evaluated and a comparison sheet developed with a recommendation. Recommendation was followed. CLIENT: Vestas Danish Wind Technology. TASK: Feasibility Study of a 6.5 MW Wind Power Project. WORK: In cooperation with COWI Consult a complete feasibility study was made. The project was later built. CLIENT: Micon Wind Turbines, Inc. TASK: In connection with the termination of Micon’s activities in USA in 1987-88, Micon was buying out of warranty obligations. WORK: In close cooperation with the client all aspects were analyzed and an economic proposal was made to each customer. All cases were closed without any lawsuit. CLIENT: Micon Wind Turbines, Inc. TASK: As a major creditor, the client was interested in presenting a restructuring plan for a major wind power project in financial trouble. WORK: Following a thorough analysis a strategic plan was developed. The plan was rejected by the creditors committee. CLIENT: Sparekassen Sydjylland TASK: Manager of payments from a construction loan for a 15MW wind power project. WORK: Pursuant to inspections and certification during construction payments were released. CLIENT: Ny-Revision TASK: Assessment Study of wind power project in California for the use in Danish Tax Court.. WORK: Completed analysis and projections CLIENT: Ny-Revision TASK: Explain and compress a Standard Offer 4 Agreement from a California Utility. WORK: Completed a 4 page analysis. CLIENT: K/S Viking Windfarms 2 TASK: Expert witness in court case for defendant. CLIENT: Viking Windfarms 1, Inc TASK: Based on a long term contract, assume title as President in the California company. Perform all Danish administration and run Board- and Shareholders meetings.
